Do you supply the drinks?+
No. You fill every jug with the drinks and brands you want. That keeps your choices open, avoids beverage markups, and lets us keep the rental at $99 per day.
What drinks work in the cooler?+
Smooth, chilled drinks work best. Think lemonade, iced tea, juice, water, sports drinks, mocktails, and pulp-free mixed drinks. Thick, frozen, or heavily pulped drinks can clog the lines. Carbonated drinks may foam or lose fizz, so ask before building your menu around them.
How is everything cleaned?+
We wash and sanitize the jugs, tubing, spigots, cooler, and label cards between rentals. Your setup arrives clean, dry, and ready for your drinks.
How does the damage deposit work?+
The refundable damage deposit is $75. We return it after pickup when the cooler, jugs, tubing, labels, and marker come back complete and undamaged.
How do the label cards work?+
Write each drink name on a laminated card with the included wet-erase marker, then slide the card into the clear pocket above its tap. We wipe and sanitize the cards after pickup.
Can I rent it on a weekday?+
Absolutely. Weekday single-day rentals are welcome and work well for office events, school celebrations, showers, and smaller family parties.
Where do you deliver?+
Delivery is included within 20 miles of Pascoag. We also serve locations beyond that radius for an added fee quoted before you confirm the rental.
Can I put alcohol in the cooler?+
You may use it for alcohol when your venue and local rules allow it. We don't sell, supply, mix, or serve alcohol. The renter is responsible for lawful service, age checks, and guest safety.
What does the ice add-on include?+
For $15, we add two bags of ice at delivery. The ice surrounds the sealed drink jugs to keep them cold and never touches the beverages.
How many drinks does it hold?+
Six full one-gallon jugs provide about 96 eight-ounce pours. You can keep extra beverage containers cold elsewhere and refill the numbered jugs during longer events.
Does the booking form reserve my date?+
The form starts the request. We confirm availability, delivery details, and the deposit with you before the date is officially reserved.
Where should the cooler be set up?+
Use a level, stable surface with enough room for guests to stand and pour safely. Keep it out of direct sun when possible, and make sure a venue or park approves outside rental equipment before delivery.
